Does not seem to work with 4 port XL710 Intel NIC's. I believe needs drivers
Closed, ResolvedPublicBUG

Description

Intel XL710 4 port 10GB NIC's dont seem to work with vyos 1.2 latest nightly build.

I have link on some but not passing traffic and on others no link possible.

seems like it's missing new NIC drivers. ethtool is giving "Operation not supported" so I can't dig much more from here unfortunately.

Looks like this was reported before we released the first version with 4.19 kernel. Please re-test with rc7 and let us know if you still have this issue.

UPDATE:

XL710 is working with VyOS 1.2.0-rolling+201811170337

but you may need to update the firmware in the card to the most current.

otherwise seems to be working ok.
